Seek revolutionizes the job-seeking experience by seamlessly integrating effortless job applications with advanced features for enhanced organization and comprehensive job details. Unlike current job application platforms, Seek addresses the shortcomings of limited saved jobs organization, outdated information, and minimal document options. Our platform strives to bridge the gap, offering users a streamlined process with the simplicity of one-click applications while providing robust tools for organizing saved jobs, updated and detailed information, and expanded document management options

Kickoff

At the outset, I delved into fundamental inquiries: Who constitutes our primary user base? What are their core objectives? What drives the appeal for this application? Determining the project's scale was pivotal. Following interviews with four participants to shape future archetypes, a clear pattern emerged. Their shared objectives coalesced around two key themes: simplifying the application process and effective organization of saved jobs.
Competitive Analysis

To establish a robust foundation for JobFlow, I conducted an extensive analysis of prominent job search applications. This involved scrutinizing their features and identifying areas where user goals were not adequately addressed. Through user surveys, I pinpointed essential features and strategically determined how JobFlow could leverage these insights to gain a competitive edge over existing applications.​​​​​​​
Assessing Trends
From professions with elevated technical demands to routine roles in administration and clerical positions, the allure of mobile job search and recruitment processes has captured the attention of professionals and job seekers across various industries. The rapid escalation of technical attributes and the impact of mobile-based job search and recruitment procedures are unmistakable global trends.
Considering these factors, it is evident that the shift towards online job seeking is a persistent and growing phenomenon that shows no signs of fading anytime soon.
