FOOD DELIVERY APP: GREBB
Project Type: UI/UX Design
Date: January 2023
This product describes the process of creating a food delivery application for a restaurant, from concept to final design.

The problem is that many struggle to find the time to prepare meals at home among the chaos of today's fast paced society. Some people simply lack the time to eat out. Finding a method for these people to order and get food at their convenience was the problem.
My goal is to create a mobile application that enables users to swiftly and conveniently order meals from Grebb, a fictitious restaurant.
Kickoff

In this project, we took a goal-directed design approach that proved to be quite effective in our design efforts. We found qualitative research methods to be the most useful, consisting of a kickoff, literature review, competitive analysis, and most important our persona hypothesis construction. We started out by asking ourselves some initial key questions.

1-What is this product?                                              2-What challenges do we face moving forward?

3-Who will use it?                                                      4-Which users are most important for us?

5-What do our users need most?                            6-Who do we see as our biggest competitors?
Meet the Persona
Preparing the Journey

It became clear from mapping Aland's user journey how beneficial it would be for users to have access to a special Grebb Fast Food app.
Goal Statement

The goal statement for a meal delivery service explains the app's existence, its goals, and how it benefits users. This directs the procedures for developing applications, selling them, and luring investors.
Wireframes

As design moves towards digital, it is ensured that my designs are based on feedback from my research. A digital version of the wireframes was created in Figma and continued testing with users.
